EFT for Intensely traumatic memory

Read this creative and insightful use of EFT by Gillian Wightman from Scotland. Her client was dealing with an intense memory of her emotionally disturbed mother trying to kill her. After EFT, Gillian's client says in a subsequent letter, "I had the hardest time remembering much about the whole scenario. Like it was so far away and I couldn't really get a hold of it, it just kept floating away, so that was wonderful. EFT for my Grief

This is my story.   Please read this touching story by Gillian Wightman of the UK as she brings up the many faces of grief over her mother's dying circumstances. At one point she says, "The result was that the depression lifted, and I have been able to use EFT to move gracefully through this grieving process. EFT and TRAUMA

My colleague Marian Mills has written an excellent article on the effects of trauma on our health.  We all think of trauma as being some major event in our lives but this article looks at the effect of more subtle, unacknowledged or conciously unknown traumas and explains why working with a therapist is so beneficial.  She is a therapist I trust entirely and would not hesitate to recommend her.
