NB You will note in Garys intro that he advised more efficiency would be gained by tapping on specific events. Whilst I agree long term it is to be noted that my client feels if I pushed her that day to specific event I would have lost her. Working however with metaphors safely brought lasting relief on this particular issue, to this day 4 years later.
