I love this set! It is perfect for therapists in continuing professional development but also for enthusiastic and dedicated self help usesrs of EFT. It includes six full hours on business how to and how to collapse what Gary calls the 'mental comedies' relating to our business. I still have a way to go on that one but I gained alot from the four excellent lectures from very experiencesspecialists. Lori Lorenz MA speaks from her personal experience of healing sexual trauma and helping victims of sexual abuse and this is the most informative and moving lecture. Ann Adams LCSW has experience of working with very troubled and distressed young people and introduces us to how to work with young people using EFT. Again this is an excellent set for EFT therapists and for self help users who are really keen. There are 8 sessions of lectures and demonstrations with superb EFT therapists. This is worth getting for Pat Carrington's session on Choices alone (how to introduce the positive with EFT). Psychiatrist David Lake gives a useful lecture on understanding PTSD and Steve Wells on Peak Performance.
